At SS Silks, we ensure every product is carefully checked before delivery. However, if there is any issue, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered

Return Time Frame

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Requests after this period will not be accepted

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and bill should be intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Customized or altered items

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed
• Refund will be completed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (if applicable)
