At SS Silks, we ensure every product is carefully checked before delivery. However, if there is any issue, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
Return Time Frame
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Requests after this period will not be accepted
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and bill should be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on sale or discount
- Customized or altered items
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed
- Refund will be completed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (if applicable)
